Arnaud Poulain is a French perfumer and the founder of Les Eaux Primordiales. Born in Arras into a family of craftsmen, he initially studied mechanical engineering before discovering perfumery in 2007 and beginning his olfactory training in Lens. Mentored by perfumer Amélie Bourgeois, he developed an approach that combines his technical background with craftsmanship, visual inspiration and a distinctly contemporary vision of fragrance. In 2015, he founded Les Eaux Primordiales, while his work also extends to creations for Perroy.
