I love perfume, but I don’t believe every new release is a masterpiece, every niche fragrance is superior or every expensive bottle deserves applause.
Davide Parfums is where I share honest reviews, practical guides, photography and slightly dramatic opinions about designer and niche fragrances, without the snobbery.
HOW IT STARTED
It started with photography. I loved the shapes, colours and tiny details of perfume bottles long before I had any idea I would end up writing about fragrance too.
Over time, the collection grew, the opinions got louder and taking pretty pictures was no longer enough. I wanted a space for honest reviews, useful guides and everything the fragrance community makes wonderfully dramatic.

A FEW THINGS ABOUT ME
01 — White florals are my weakness.
Jasmine, tuberose and orange blossom have a suspiciously easy time getting my attention.
02 — Designer and niche happily coexist here.
I care about the perfume, not the category printed on its imaginary membership card.
03 — I overspray. Consider yourself warned.
Subtlety has its place. Apparently, that place is not always on my skin.
04 — I own more perfume than any reasonable person needs.
I am aware of the situation. Awareness has not proved particularly useful.
