It’s also one of the easiest to overcomplicate.
Somewhere along the way, we started turning fragrance into a competition.
Designer versus niche.
Affordable versus luxury.
Mass appealing versus artistic.
Right taste versus wrong taste.
Who knows more.
Who owns more.
Who spends more.
That’s not what this place is about.
This isn’t a place built on authority. It’s built on curiosity.
I’m not a perfumer. I’m not a chemist. I’m just someone who genuinely loves this hobby and enjoys sharing what I discover along the way.
We believe perfume should make life more enjoyable.
Not more stressful.
You shouldn’t need permission to love a fragrance.
You shouldn’t feel guilty for enjoying something popular.
You shouldn’t feel smarter because you spent more money.
Wear what makes you happy.
Ignore the rest.
We’re curious.
We love discovering new brands, learning about ingredients, reading perfume history and smelling everything we can get our hands on.
Knowledge makes this hobby richer.
Sometimes we’ll publish detailed guides. Sometimes we’ll compare fragrances to chaotic fictional characters. Both count as valid perfume content.
But knowledge should never replace joy.
The moment perfume starts feeling like homework, we’ve probably missed the point.
So here’s what we believe.

- We don’t worship them.
- We don’t believe our opinions are universal.
- We don’t care if it’s designer or niche.
- We believe curiosity is more interesting than snobbery.
- We believe taste is personal.
- We believe changing your mind is allowed.
- We believe nobody should feel intimidated by perfume.
- We believe buying an unnecessary bottle every now and then is part of the experience.
- We believe life is too short to save your favorite perfume for a “special occasion.”
- We believe life is too short not to laugh at ourselves.
Life is already complicated.
Perfume doesn’t have to be.
Spray the expensive bottle.
Wear fragrance on a random Tuesday.
Stop waiting for the perfect moment.
Laugh at your impulse purchases.
Embrace the ridiculous.
Because life is too short to take perfume too seriously.
